How long does a commission take?
Completion time depends on the size and complexity of the piece, but most commissions take between 1–4 weeks. Premium frames may take up to 6 weeks.

Do I need to pay in advance?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is paid once the artwork is completed.

Can I request any character?
You may request characters from anime, cartoons, games, or similar media. (No hentai or similar genres)

Can I request changes during the process?
Each commission includes one minor revision during the design stage (Within the first week of work being started). Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping options will be discussed once you have submitted the commission request form.

What if I need the piece for a specific date?
Please mention any deadlines when submitting your request so I can confirm whether it is possible to complete the commission in time.
